The Texas Heartbeat Bill is the strictest anti-abortion law since the Roe vs. Wade decision. It is also a major part of the Republican push to restrict abortion.
Some conservatives have gone a step further by wanting to overturn Roe v. Wade asd well, with Senator Tom Cotton among the advocates. He not only thinks Americans can handle Roe v. Wade being overturned, he also believes that overturning the divisive Supreme Court case would be “the best way for us to handle some of these very sensitive issues.”
It’s not impossible.
