President Trump dealt with foreign leaders like no other president of the past, or the present. He communicated directly with dictators instead of going through mid level officials. His influence was on a global level and his use of Twitter had many leaders following his every move. He was also very effective at keeping Putin at bay. But now, with the failed sanctions of the West on Russia, can Biden ever hope to garner the same respect that world leaders had for President Trump?
